WHAT IS FRESNEDAS ALTAS?

Finca Fresnedas Altas is located in the southern area of La Mancha, In the fields of the lowlands of Sierra Morena. The heart of partridge shooting, a living history of partridge hunting and rough hunting.

Surrounded by a wild natural environment of great beauty.
Fresnedas maintains a long hunting tradition characterized by its density of partridges which, thanks to its orography, offers an unforgettable hunting experience.

Gently mountainous areas covered with small oak groves. Large fields with old oaks planted with wheat, barley and oats provide the perfect habitat for the partridge to live. Fresnedas Altas is full of wildlife. Lynxes, Royal and Imperial eagles, and a diversity of exclusive fauna that make our farm a privileged corner of Spain. A lovingly cared for property maintaining its spirit over time. Fresnedas Altas has been in our family for more than 5 centuries. Something we are very proud of.

THE HOUSE OF FRESNEDAS.

The main house of Fresnedas Altas is an old Castilian farmhouse from the late 16th century, perfectly equipped to accommodate hunters, and which has all the means to offer a comfortable day of hunting. Its rooms are themed to the art of hunting, on its walls hang trophies of the most varied species that give life to a story where hunters have been the protagonists and reflect the spirit of all of us who live there.

In this house we give great importance to gastronomy. Furthermore, we believe that hunting days must be accompanied by a pleasant and family atmosphere. We achieved this in Fresnedas Altas. Life in this house takes you back in time to the hunting that our parents and grandparents enjoyed, immersing themselves in the old traditions, giving importance to traditional food, after-dinner chats and the simplicity of the countryside.
